Perfect Pairs Game Play is Similar to Other Types
On the surface, Perfect Pairs Blackjack is played exactly the same way as any other Blackjack game is played. The aim is to have exactly the numerical amount of 21 in your hand. A wager is placed on the table and two card from a full pack of 52 cards is dealt to the player and two to the house. Cards are added up as follows: 2 to 9 are taken at face value, 10, Jack, Queen and King are all counted as ten and Ace can either be taken as a one or eleven.

How Is the Game Dealt
Two cards are dealt to you as a player. They are placed face up on the table, and the house’s cards will be dealt one face up and one face down. You are then dealt cards one at a time and have a chance to decide to stand or take another. Only after you have chosen to stand will the dealer reveal the face down card of the house.
If the house has a value of 17 or more they have to stand. But should they have 16 or less they are then entitled to take a “hit”.
It will then be ascertained who the winner is in this Blackjack hand. Either the house will claim the wagers on the table or you will be paid out for the win accordingly.
This is How Perfect Pairs Blackjack is Slightly Different
Mainly the difference with Perfect Pairs Blackjack is that at the beginning of the game you may place a second wager on the table. Your wager is meant for the probability of you being dealt a pair in the first two cards that are dealt. If you do get a pair, you win the bet. Should you not receive a pair, the bet that was placed on the table is forfeited and the game now progresses with the wagers that pertain to the game itself.
